Reporting into the COO, this position will identify strategies, build programs and define tactics that support best in class on-boarding, development, cultural initiatives and retention as the firm continues to expand.
Responsibilities will be to develop and institute new HR initiatives, recruiting, D&I, employee relations, culture building, retention strategies, annual talent performance, comp etc. to continuously elevate the HR/Talent function. Candidates must thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment as well as be passionate about and have experience in developing HR infrastructure, policy, procedures, employee engagement programs, cultural initiatives, etc).
We are looking for a strategically minded individual who can assess, develop and implement these initiatives in an engaging and inclusive way. The right candidate will have an amazingly upbeat disposition, have experience managing and mentoring a team (and loving it) …and lastly…at least 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent experience in a related industry.
